Governance

GETCA is governed by elected bodies, with powers and terms set out in its bylaws. The first members will be elected at the founding assembly.

General Assembly

GETCA's highest body, made up of members in good standing.

  • Elect and remove members of the councils and of the Executive Board.
  • Approve the annual accounts.
  • Amend the bylaws.
  • Decide on the dissolution of the association.

Executive Board

Manages and represents GETCA, carries out the work plan and appoints the coordinators of the chambers and committees.

Deliberative Council

Sets institutional guidelines, approves the annual work plan and budget, and oversees the Executive Board.
